The Doctor will provide an admission note outlining the need for inpatient care.
Visit the admission desk in the Medical Records Department with the admission note and ESI e-pehchaan card.
Admission Form: Complete an admission form provided from the admission deks with personal details.
Bed Assignment: Based on the availability of bed in suitable wards, a bed will be allocated to the patient.
Visit the concerned ward for further process.
Consent Forms: You will be asked to sign consent forms for treatment, and procedures.
Meals and Nutrition: Meals will be provided to the patient from the dietary department of the hospital.
