OPD Check-in and appointment process

ONLINE APPOINTMENT

  • Visit the AAA+ App

  • Select the OPD department you wish to visit.

  • Choose a preferred date and time slot.

  • Confirm the appointment and receive an electronic confirmation via email or SMS.

Before Arrival:

Ensure you have all necessary documents, such as identification, ESIC card, and any previous medical records or referral letters.

Arrival at the Hospital:

  • Upon arrival, proceed to the OPD registration counter

  • Provide the reference details from your local Dispensary

  • The staff will verify your details, update your records if necessary, and register your visit.

  • Token/Queue Number: You will receive a registeration number for your consultation.

    For patients who takes online appointments through AAA+ app

  • Visit the AAA+ app on the day of your appointment, and check-in for generating the registeration number for the department you want to visit.

Instructions

You are being directed to CPGRAM website. You would be asked to Register with CPGRAM if not already registered. Registered users can login directly using their CPGRAM user ID and password.

  • 1. Login into CPGRAM
  • 2. In section "Grievance Detail" select "Others/Not Listed/Not Known"
  • 3. In the "Ministry/Department" Drop Down Select ESIC
  • 4. In "Subordinate Department/Office" select the Regional Office
  • 5. Provide details of the complaint
