DEPARTMENT OF GYNECOLOGY & OBSTETRICS
The department has one Specialist, 2 GDMO, 3 Senior Residents and 4 Junior residents.
The OBG department conduct-
1. OPD – on all working days (Monday to Saturday)
2. Emergency – 24*7
3. Labour Room – 24*7
Outpatient Department: -

Antenatal care, medical management and health advice

Family planning
-
Minor procedures like PAP smear, polypecctomy, I&D, Suture removal, HVS testing, HPV testing etc.

Cancer screening – Pap smear, HPV testing etc.
Labour Room -
-
Attend all normal deliveries, due to lack of blood bank facility , there is limitations for managing some emergencies.
OT- All types of obstetrics emergencies like fetal distress, Eclampsia, Abruption, meconium stained liquor, cord presentation etc.

Elective cases like C-Section, TAH, VH with fibroids, Laparotomy for Torsion ovarian cyst, adnexal cyst , sterilization, biopsy etc.
